This monthly service is designed for triathletes and runners who want to understand how their running fitness and predicted race times are changing over time. Rather than analyzing individual workouts in isolation, this service focuses on long-term trends and what they suggest about future race performance.
Each month, athletes share their running data or grant access to platforms such as Strava, Garmin, COROS, or Runna, allowing me to review activity stats and platform-generated running race predictions (such as 5K, 10K, half marathon, or marathon estimates). These predicted times are tracked historically and turned into clear, easy-to-read graphs that show how your performance has evolved and where it is likely trending.
Each month, you receive updated graphs along with a short summary highlighting key trends, improvements, or plateaus in your running fitness. This service provides clarity and accountability without full-time coaching and is ideal for self-coached athletes who want data-backed insight into their run training.
Note: This service focuses exclusively on running data and predicted run race times. Swim and bike analysis are not included.
